NEW POLICY ALERT:  TIME FRAME FOR SUBMITTING LETTERS OF INQUIRY NOW LIMITED TO TWO MONTHS PER GRANT CYCLE

Dear Prospective Applicant,

Thank you for attempting to submit a letter of inquiry to MAZON.  We appreciate your interest.

Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting letters of inquiry.  Because demand for our limited dollars continues to grow and our application process has become increasingly competitive, we have adjusted our letter of inquiry submission deadline.  Letters of inquiry will only be acepted within a limited, two-month time period, from September 1st to November 1st for the spring grant cycle, and from March 1st to May 1st for the fall grant cycle.  Please note that this guideline also applies to letters of inquiry sent via regular mail.

Please visit us again between the dates mentioned above to access our letter of inquiry for the upcoming grant cycle.

Once your letter of inquiry has been submitted, all correspondence received will be held and reviewed until after the deadline. Organizations selected to submit a full grant proposal will receive application materials within six weeks of the letter of inquiry deadline.  Those groups not invited to apply for MAZON funding will be sent notification of this decision within two months of the deadline.
