Morgan grew up in Toronto, moved to San Diego for undergraduate studies in Economics at UCSD, and finally to New York to earn an M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business. For nearly two decades he worked at Sirona Dental; initially as part of the restructuring team and then in various roles.
Morgan recently left the corporate world to grow his avocation as a real estate investor into a full-time pursuit. He is an avid ice hockey player and resides in NYC with his wife Janice. Initially they became involved with MAZON as benefactors, inspired by the mission statement which resonated with their sense of social justice. The passion — and compassion — of the people within the organization and the rewarding challenge of working to alleviate food insecurity on many levels ultimately led Morgan to join the board.
