For over 25 years, Len was a corporate executive with Henry Schein, Inc. (HSI), the world’s largest provider of business, clinical, technology and supply chain solutions to office-based healthcare practitioners. He was the company’s first general counsel and subsequently led the global human resources, regulatory affairs and security functions. For the last 10 years of his tenure at HSI, Len assumed the post of Chief Compliance Officer, which expanded his management reach over regulatory affairs and security, and added the worldwide compliance function, focusing on corporate integrity, governance and business ethics. Recently retired, Len now serves as a consultant to HSI, mentoring the management team and providing counsel to select corporate and human capital initiatives and projects.
Prior to joining HSI, Len spent nearly two decades as a manager/analyst in several NYC governmental agencies and as a practicing attorney in New York and New Jersey, specializing in corporate, commercial and securities law.
Len and his wife Rochel, originally from Brooklyn, NY, settled in Teaneck, NJ, where they have been active, proud and participatory members of Congregation Beth Sholom and the wider metropolitan NJ-NY Jewish community for over 35 years.
