As operations manager, Lauren supports the Chief Operating Officer in HR, state registrations, and other operations, coordinates communication with the Board of Directors, and organizes Board Meetings. Lauren brings more than ten years of office administration experience to MAZON, having worked in fields as divergent as startup technology, youth anti-violence advocacy, and independent publishing. She has an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from The University of Arizona and a B.A. in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
